Whether you’re traveling, have a long day of rehearsals ahead, or you just finished your morning workout and you need a quick, easy breakfast before you head out and conquer the day, here are some quick, simple breakfast combinations to try:
1. Whole Grain English Muffin + 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter (or Nut Butter) = 190 Calories
2. ¾ cup of Oatmeal + Mixed Berries + Nonfat Milk = 200 Calories
3. ½ Banana (sliced) + 1 cup Strawberries + ¾ Cup Oatmeal = 165 Calories
4. ½ Frozen banana + ½ cup Frozen fruit + ½ cup of Apple juice + 1 scoop of Protein Powder + Ice = Under 200 Calories
