This no equipment-needed workout will burn your lower body and give you the perfect workout for your on-the-go schedule. Perfect for when you get off a plane, your legs feel cramped, and you need to get the blood flowing!

50 Jumping Jacks
20 Lunges
40 Calf Raises
10 Jump Squats
10 Side Lunges (each side)
30 Squats

Complete this workout 2x or 3x for an extra burn!
