Sun's Out, Gun's Out: Upper Body Workout

Summer is just around the corner! You remember the saying, “Sun’s out, gun’s out!” We have a workout just to get those arms summer ready! You don’t need any equipment for this work out, so you can do them anywhere!

Upper Body workout:
  • 20 Elbow to Knee
  • 10 Pushups
  • 10 Tricep dips
  • 30 second hold plank

Repeat 4x for the ultimate summer arms!
