5-Minute Burnout Workout

Don’t have the time to visit the gym, but you want a quick workout? We’ve got a 5-minute burnout workout for you to try:

-Forward/Back Jump Squat
-Side V-ups
-Plank Kick Through

Do 10 reps of each exercise. Repeat 3x.
