Destroy That Phlegm!

Allergies flaring up or are you recovering from a nasty Spring cold? Nasty phlegm not only impairs singing, but also gets in the way of every day life. Here is a list of foods that cause and can reduce phlegm:

Foods that cause phlegm:
-Corn oil
-Cottage Cheese
-Jams and Jellies
-Ice Cream
-Deep fried foods
-Sunflower oil

Foods that remove mucus:
-Bamboo shoots
-Green vegetables
