Colorful, Hydrating, Summer Salad

There are plenty of unlikely fruits and vegetables that can hydrate you this summer. A great way to add them all to your day is through a salad! This is a great recipe to bring to your summer program, 4th of July party! 

2 handfuls of Spinach
1 cup of sliced Baby Carrots
1/2 Cucumber, sliced
1 cup of Grape tomatoes
1/2 cup of diced Celery
1 cup of sliced Strawberries

Toss and add balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil, or any dressing you prefer, and enjoy your colorful salad!

P.S. If you want extra color and zing, try adding 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced!
