Summer Short shorts call for a legs and butt workout! Here’s a workout you can plan into your schedule with little to no equipment needed: perfect for when you’re overseas, in a hotel suite, or not wanting to spend money on a gym.

Closed Leg Squat
Backward Lunges
Sumo Squats

Heel Raise

Do 20 Reps each and repeat 3x
